Just finished listening to the Rich Roll Podcast episode with Chef AJ, and she gave a recipe for ‘toffee apples’, with no added sugar. I think she soaks dates overnight with almond milk and vanilla extract, blends it up and covers the apples with the paste, then rolls the apples in nuts or cacao nibs.

Glad to see swedish fish and sour patch are vegan, I have never been sure because of the red dyes used by some candy companies.
